General Classroom Requirements:
Usual maximum of 20 students, with a $15 extra fee per student over 20, up to 25 students maximum. Large groups of students require large classroom facilities. For all classes except Traditionals Transformed and Wild Rose, 2 extra tables for class inks, paints, and resources to share will be needed. Specifics for individual workshops to be determined in contracts.

Cancellation Policy:
If events occur requiring cancellation by either party up to 30 days in advance, no penalty will be applied except for reimbursement of any fees (such as airfares) already incurred, which will be covered by booking guild if necessary. Within 30 days before the scheduled booking, a $50 cancellation fee will apply to either party cancelling.
