I very much appreciate your interest in my online store, and I will be checking my store and handling orders daily when I am in town. However, please bear in mind that not only am I often on the road traveling and teaching a good deal of the time, but that sometimes I may eke out a little personal time, and may be attending to family concerns as well. I will be sending out orders in as timely a manner as possible, and appreciate your patience.
I use the United Postal Service to ship all my products. Giclee prints and cards are shipped via Priority Mail, and Puzzles are sent via First Class Mail.
You may return any unused product in its original condition to me within 30 days of the shipping date. You must include proof of purchase (a copy of your invoice will work) along with your return. The original shipping fees are not refundable, unless, of course, you are returning merchandise we shipped in error. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card the purchase was originally made on when we receive your return. If you sent in a check, we will issue your refund via a check.
