Student Work
Not everyone can get to one of my workshops. Using techniques she learned from the "Faces in Fabric" Workshops to Go, working from a photograph, Barbara Vanderveen created this image of her daughter at a gymnastics competition. She managed to neatly match the pose in the photograph, and then shaded the face and body to give the girl dimension.
